Mission Statement
The parish of St Patrick’s, Felling, extends an open and warm welcome to everyone. Our aim is to provide a secure, stimulating and loving Christian environment in which we
invite others to join us in our growing awareness of God's love and compassion for us and for everybody.
By our Catholic way of life, rooted in prayer and worship, we strive to encourage respect for moral
values, the dignity of the individual and an understanding of the difficulties which modern society
imposes on us all and in particular on young people.
We value the work of our schools, which enables children to grow in God's love, developing a lively
faith and learning to value and respect themselves and everyone in the community.
Together with the other churches in the area, we continue to address the spiritual and social needs
of our neighbourhood. The parish community extends to all, the hand of Christian friendship and
endeavour to continue to strengthen the bond of love and friendship in our neighbourhood in the hope
that everyone may find fulfillment.
